As a trained fitness professional, her approach to training is rooted in balance: pushing your limits while making sure your body has the fuel and recovery it needs to perform. As a Women’s Health & Fitness Specialist and Mat Pilates Instructor, Ambrianna’s approach to fitness is all about precisionform, and flow. She creatively sequences her workouts to include the corrective nature of pilates with all the benefits of strength-based functional movement to lengthen, strengthen and sculpt every inch of your body. Her workouts will challenge your core, improve your posture, and leave you shaking in the best way possible. Expect to slow things down, tune in, and feel the work.
